Delivery & Returns


If you order before 4pm then our warehouse will process your order overnight for delivery the next day. Alternatively, choose when you receive your order and pick a delivery date to suit you.

If your order exceeds £120 then we will offer you Free Delivery, even on a next day delivery option. This standard service is available Mon-Fri.

In addition, if you're busy during the week we can offer a Saturday delivery service also. Just check the button during check out and select the Saturday you need the goods to arrive. We do make a charge for Saturday deliveries which will vary depending on your order value.

Small items will be despatched by Royal Mail for just £2.95 on a two to three day service. This may be upgraded to a carrier service for £4.99 allowing you to choose when your goods arrive.

Where We Deliver To

At the moment we can only deliver to the UK Mainland. In addition, any deliveries to Ireland (either Eire or Northern Ireland) cannot be made from our UK website.

What If I'm Not In When You Deliver?

You've selected your delivery date but something comes up and you need to go out. Let us know if you can. We may be able to delay the delivery or give you an expected delivery time. You could leave a note for the driver. If you are happy for the driver to leave your goods (in a garage or with a neighbour) then leave a SIGNED note on your door. The driver will take the note away with him in place of your signature. We advise that you only do this if you are confident your goods will remain safe as we cannot accept responsibility for your items if something happens to them in this instance.

If you're not in the driver will leave a call card with a phone number. Normally we will attempt to deliver your goods again the next day, but you can phone the depot and re-arrange the delivery. Due to driver routes, it may not be possible to return to your address the same day.

If we can't deliver the goods to you and we haven't heard from you, your goods will be returned to us. In this instance we will charge you a re-delivery charge to dispatch your goods again.

Please note we do NOT offer timed delivery slots. All UK deliveries will take place between 8.00am-6.30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries will normally be made before 1.00pm

Where you have ordered multiple items we reserve the right to dispatch them separately.


You have a period of 14 days to evaluate your delivery. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us and receive a full refund. All we ask is for goods to be returned to us within 14 days of the day following receipt of your items.

If you assemble and use your product, or throw away your packaging, then it is assumed you have evaluated and accepted your goods. At this stage our 14 day evaluation period is terminated and you should refer to our Terms and Conditions if you then wish to return the product.

For those customers who do not wish to arrange their own return carriage we are happy to facilitate this on your behalf. For details, please read our Terms and Conditions.

We are unable to offer returns on special order items, sale or clearance lines which are all non-returnable once purchased.
